Role Description The Business Development Executive – HRMS & Payroll will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities for Incaz Payroll in Tamil Nadu, India. This on-site role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demos, and presenting HRMS and payroll solutions that address client needs. The executive will manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure,



maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. The role also includes tracking market trends, providing feedback to improve offerings, and meeting defined sales and growth targets.
Qualifications
Robust skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for HRMS and payroll solutions.
Solid understanding of Business development practices and local SME market dynamics.
Effective Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Prior experience selling HRMS, payroll, or SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Tamil Nadu, India and travel to meet clients as required.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office applications.
