Role Description The Sales Engineer will work on-site in Daskroi in a full-time capacity, combining technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to drive sales of industrial laser machines and solutions.



Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and recommending suitable laser systems and configurations. The role involves coordinating with the engineering and production teams to support customized solutions, as well as assisting with installation planning, basic application trials, and technical clarifications. The Sales Engineer will manage leads, follow up on inquiries, conduct site visits, and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers across target industries. Regular responsibilities also include providing pre- and post-sales technical support, documenting customer feedback, and contributing to market intelligence and product improvement initiatives.
