Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads,



and building a robust sales pipeline for market research and consulting services. The role involves engaging prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, understanding their business challenges, and positioning Brandessence® solutions effectively. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with research and consulting teams to develop proposals, manage follow-ups, and support contract negotiations. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to sales and growth strategies.
Qualifications
Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a focus on identifying opportunities and building a sustainable pipeline.
Strong Business acumen, including understanding of market research and consulting services and client decision-making processes.
Excellent Communication skill
