Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Mohali district, focused on expanding Appcodie IT Service’s client base and market presence. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing lead generation activities, and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. The role involves conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals,



and negotiating terms to close deals aligned with company goals. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand service offerings, provide client feedback, and contribute to strategic growth plans. Daily activities also include tracking sales pipelines, reporting performance metrics, and representing the company at relevant events or networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a track record of identifying and converting opportunities.
Solid understanding of business and account management principles to maintain and grow client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
Knowledge of IT services, software development, or digital transformation solutions is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time
