Role Description

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India, created for fresh engineering graduates who want to start their careers in a manufacturing and process-plant setting.
The role provides practical exposure to production, maintenance, process engineering, utilities, plant operations, projects, safety, and continuous improvement.



Graduate Engineer Trainees will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to develop a strong understanding of industrial operations, equipment, processes, and engineering practices.
Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in monitoring plant and equipment performance, supporting production and maintenance activities, participating in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, maintaining engineering and operational records, monitoring process parameters, assisting in technical documentation, and contributing to productivity, reliability, quality, and process-improvement initiatives.
The role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, willing to work in a plant environment, and interested in building a long-term career in engineering, manufacturing, production, maintenance, process operations, or plant management.
