Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with prospective learners via calls, messages, and online meetings to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs. The Inside Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, product presentations, follow-ups, and closing enrollments. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with customer service and academic teams,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The person in this role will also contribute to lead-generation initiatives and provide feedback to improve offerings and sales processes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to handle the full sales cycle and grow the prospective learner base.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term trust.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, manage renewals, and support ongoing learner engagement.
