Role Description The B2B Growth Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end growth initiatives focused on acquiring, nurturing, and retaining institutional and corporate partners. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for planning and executing B2B campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth.



Day-to-day responsibilities include defining growth strategies, managing marketing funnels, optimizing lead-generation campaigns, and collaborating with sales and account teams to align on target segments and messaging. The role involves using data and marketing analytics to track performance, iterating on campaigns, overseeing marketing automation workflows, and ensuring consistent brand communication to institutions and stakeholders. The B2B Growth Marketing Manager will also manage projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to marketing assets such as landing pages, presentations, and outreach content tailored to institutional decision-makers.
