The Role
We are looking for an Associate – Inside Sales to drive sales of our cloud-based SaaS solutions across designated markets. The role involves identifying and converting recent business opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing customers, conducting solution demonstrations, understanding client requirements, and presenting the functional and technical value of our products.
The ideal candidate will be able to connect business requirements with the right technology solution, prepare compelling proposals, negotiate within commercial guidelines, accelerate deal closures, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across assigned markets and territories, with a strong focus on revenue growth and faster deal closure.
• Lead Management & Prospecting: Prioritize and manage leads based on market intelligence, analytics, account-level opportunity assessment, and business potential; ensure all new leads are contacted within 24 hours.
• HubSpot Sales Management: Maintain and manage the complete sales cycle in HubSpot CRM/Sales Hub -- leads, deals, activities, and pipeline data kept accurate and up to date.
