Role Description This is a full-time, in office Site Engineer role located in Odisha, India. The Site Engineer will oversee daily project execution at electrical and civil work sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, correctly, and in line with technical specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers,



contractors, and client representatives, supervising installation and construction activities, and monitoring progress against schedules. The role involves conducting site inspections, supporting testing and commissioning, maintaining documentation and reports, and resolving site-level technical issues. The Site Engineer will also help enforce safety protocols, support resource planning, and contribute to continuous improvement in site practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision and field execution skills, with the ability to manage work fronts and site resources effectively.
