Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive — Thrissur
AEOapp is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join us in Thrissur. We help companies navigate search the way it actually works today — not just SEO anymore, but AEO and GEO too, as more of our clients' customers are finding them through AI answers and assistants rather than a traditional search bar. What you'll be doing:
You'll be running digital campaigns end to end — planning, setting them up across Google, Linkedin and Meta, tracking performance, and adjusting when the numbers tell you to. You'll also work closely with our SEO/AEO team on content and optimization strategy, manage our own social presence and put together reports that actually say something useful to the people reading them. It's a small, hands-on team, so you'll be talking to design, content and strategy folks regularly, not working in a silo.
What we're looking for:




1 to 3 years of real digital marketing experience — actual campaign spend behind you, not just internship exposure. Comfortable in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, know your way around Google Analytics, and have a solid grip on SEO fundamentals. Curiosity about how AI search engines and answer engines are changing visibility is a big plus — you don't need to be an expert yet, but you should be paying attention to it. Beyond the tools, we care about people who can write clearly, think about what a campaign is actually trying to do, and catch problems early.
A marketing or business degree is preferred, but we weigh experience over paper. Comfortable in both English and Malayalam helps, since a good chunk of our client conversations happen in both.
