Role Description The Sales Executive – Building Materials is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients,



and promoting BuildDeli’s range of verified construction materials to homeowners, builders, and architects. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting project sites, understanding material requirements, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales in line with company targets. The Sales Executive will coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, maintain accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking tools, and provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends. The role also includes participating in local marketing initiatives, gathering customer feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of sales processes and service quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B or construction materials sales, with solid skills in lead generation, client onboarding, and account management.
Ability to conduct site visit
