We're three founders launching in September, and we're looking for a fourth voice: someone who makes compelling content every single day, onboards the creators who become our supply, and DMs the brands who become our demand. Not an intern. Not an employee. The first person on the growth engine, with founding equity to match.
What ORCA is
Brands run creator campaigns on ORCA and track every conversion back to the creator who drove it. Creators get paid to make content for products they actually use — and keep 100% of their rate. ⚡ ORCA Intelligence learns from every campaign to predict which creators and content will convert. India-first, then global. Zero ads — everything grows on content, community, and proof. You'd be the person making most of that content.
What you'll actually do (the real work, daily)
1. Content — the core of the role (≈50%)
Ship compelling content every day: LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels/carousels, X threads, memes, launch assets
Turn our campaigns, creator earnings,



and build-journey into stories people share
Run the ORCA voice: sharp, funny, Gen-Z fluent — never corporate ("BARTER? MAIN UPI LETA HOON." is our T-shirt; that's the bar)
Clip and amplify founder content; make the Student Board and ambassador waves loud
2. Creator onboarding (≈25%)
Scout and recruit AI/tech/finance creators — DMs, campus networks, communities
Walk founding creators through onboarding; get their audit cards posted
Run WhatsApp communities; keep energy high between campaigns
3. Brand outreach (≈15%)
DM target AI apps, SaaS and consumer-app founders with the ORCA pitch
Book founder calls; follow up until answered (politely relentless)
Maintain the target list and outreach tracker
4. Product marketing (≈10%)
Turn features into launch posts; write landing-page and in-app copy with us
