Role Description The Sales Advocate role is a hybrid position based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The Sales Advocate will engage prospective and existing clients, explain AXIS LEGAL SOLUTIONS’ services, and guide them through the consultation and onboarding process. Day-to-day activities include handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.



The role also involves collaborating with legal and operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions, providing basic service information, and supporting sales initiatives and campaigns. The Sales Advocate is expected to meet set targets, uphold professional standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and client experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients, explain services clearly, and manage inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing, with a focus on consultative selling in a services environment.
Experience in Training or coaching related to sales processes or client handling, and basic Sales Management skills to support team goals and structured workflows.
