Graebert India is hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth across South India, focusing on both direct and channel sales.

What you'll do:
Build and execute regional sales strategy to hit revenue targets
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Deliver product presentations and demos to clients
Manage client relationships and drive retention
Handle proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
Onboard and manage channel partners (resellers/distributors)
Support regional marketing efforts and track market trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide the regional sales team
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field (MBA in Sales/Marketing also acceptable)
3-8 years of sales experience, including 1-2 years in channel sales
Experience in CAD or engineering software sales
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Location: Remote (South India)
