Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Varanasi. The Salesperson will identify and approach potential clients, present Baba Advertisers’ services, and build long-term relationships with businesses seeking advertising and brand communication solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new leads,



conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The role involves coordinating with the internal creative and media teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered on time. The Salesperson will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM or other sales tools, and provide regular updates and feedback on market trends and client needs.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to present services clearly, handle objections, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Basic understanding of advertising and marketing concepts, such as branding, digital marketing, media planning, and campaign execution.
