*Key Responsibilities*

Convert inbound travel leads into confirmed bookings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international travel packages.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare travel quotations, negotiate, and close sales effectively.




Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure an exceptional booking experience.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless trip execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Generate repeat business through excellent service and referrals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Passion for travel; knowledge of international destinations is an added advantage.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

*Eligibility*
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Travel Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role.
