Role Description The Revenue Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for optimizing room and ancillary revenue through effective pricing, inventory control, and distribution strategies across all channels.



Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, demand patterns, and competitive data; preparing forecasts and revenue reports; and recommending rate and availability adjustments to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability. The Revenue Manager collaborates closely with Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Finance, and Marketing to align revenue strategies with business objectives and ensure accurate revenue recognition. The role also includes monitoring performance against budget, supporting the preparation of annual business plans, and contributing to long-term commercial strategies that enhance the hotel’s positioning and guest mix.
