ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. You will own content strategy across a multi-client portfolio,



translating brand briefs into clear communication directions and carrying them through to execution across social media, website, PR, print, email, and campaigns.
We are looking for someone who understands why a brand needs to communicate, not only what to post. You will read a brief, ask the right questions, identify the objective, and build a content direction that is both on-brand and commercially relevant. You will report to the Founder and Creative Director and work closely with designers, videographers, and the wider marketing team, with the confidence to present ideas to clients and internal teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Social media strategy. Develop platform-specific content strategies, build monthly and weekly content calendars, and ideate reels, statics, carousels, and stories with strong hooks, captions, and CTAs
Research and insight. Research audiences, competitors, industries, trends, and cultural moments; track
