Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying prospects, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, preparing sales presentations and product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.



The specialist will respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and support customer training activities when needed. The role also involves tracking market trends, analyzing sales and marketing data, and preparing regular reports to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including pipeline management and achievement of sales targets.
Ability to deliver Training to customers or internal teams on products, solutions, or processes.
Knowledge of basic marketing principles, including campaign execution, lead generation, and brand positioning.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting
