Job Title: Business Development Associate (B2B)
Required Experience: 2-5 years
location: Sector 32, Gurgaon
Job Type: Desk + Field job
Expected Joining: Immediate to 15 days
Budget: upto 6 LPA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire new buyers and vendors for the BharatTender platform.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and platform presentations.
- Build relationships with procurement teams, business owners, manufacturers, distributors, service providers, and enterprise customers.
- Convert qualified prospects into active platform users.
- Achieve monthly business development, onboarding, and revenue targets.
- Guide customers through the registration and onboarding process.
- Assist clients in understanding platform features and procurement workflows.
- Ensure successful activation and continued engagement of onboarded customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.




- Hands-on experience in field sales and client meetings.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Exposure to B2B customer relationship management.

EXPERIENCE
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, Client Acquisition, Vendor Development, Procurement, Marketplace Sales, or Customer Onboarding.
