We Are Hiring: Business Development Executive (Industrial Construction)

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, proactive Business Development Executive to accelerate our growth across the industrial construction sector in Gujarat. Operating from our Vadodara office, you will be the primary catalyst for expanding our footprint across key industrial corridors, including Bharuch, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad.
You will build high-value relationships with key decision-makers—directors, architects, structural consultants, and PMC teams—to secure industrial building, infrastructure, and turnkey civil projects.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and track upcoming industrial projects, plant expansions, and CAPEX investments across Bharuch, Vadodara, and Ahmedabad.
Stakeholder Engagement: Pitch directly to promoters, corporate directors, architects, and structural consultants to get shortlisted and empaneled for upcoming tenders.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:



Build, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of high-intent industrial construction leads from inquiry to closure.
Client Coordination: Understand client technical requirements, coordinate with our internal engineering/estimation teams to submit competitive proposals, and follow up through contract execution.
Networking & Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, builder associations, and qualified networks to enhance market presence.
Reporting: Work closely with and report directly to the Director on strategy, weekly sales funnels, and target progress.
Key Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of proven sales/business development experience in B2B civil construction, industrial infrastructure, or building materials.
Network: Pre-existing network with industrial architects, structural consultants, or project management consultants (PMCs) in Gujarat is strongly preferred.
