Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Company Secretary role based in Bengaluru. The Company Secretary will manage statutory and regulatory compliance, including maintaining company records, preparing and filing necessary documents,



and ensuring adherence to corporate governance requirements. Responsibilities include organizing board and shareholder meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and coordinating with directors, auditors, and legal advisors. The role involves drafting and reviewing corporate documents, policies, and agreements, as well as monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations and advising management on their impact. The Company Secretary will also support risk management, assist with corporate filings and documentation for real estate projects, and help maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and authorities.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of corporate law, company secretarial practices, and regulatory compliance relevant to Indian real estate and corporate entities.
