Quality Systems Manager – Aerospace
Will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining Ibex’s aerospace quality management systems,



with a primary focus on achieving and sustaining AS9100 certification and Nadcap accreditation for a Low pressure Magnesium and Aluminum Sand casting plant.
The role will lead the development of quality procedures, documentation, internal audits, corrective actions, supplier quality systems, customer audits, and regulatory compliance. The candidate will work closely with engineering, production, foundry, machining, and management teams to ensure aerospace and defence products meet customer, statutory, and international quality requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing AS9100 implementation, Nadcap readiness, audit preparation, CAPA, root-cause analysis, risk management, configuration control, traceability, FAI/AS9102 requirements, supplier quality, document control, and continuous improvement.
