Role Description The Sales Executive will work full time in office in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, driving revenue growth by promoting Vistora Interiors’ home interior and renovation solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and showroom visits, understanding client requirements,



and presenting tailored design and service proposals. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure smooth project handovers and high client satisfaction. The position also includes participating in local marketing initiatives, site visits, and follow-ups to nurture long-term client relationships and referrals.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills for interacting with diverse customers.
Basic understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, and home renovation services (prior interior/real estate experience preferred).
