Analytics Engineer (Payments / Orchestration)
In this role, you will own the company’s source of truth for payments data.




This role is responsible for transforming raw transaction events into trusted metrics, actionable insights, and merchant-facing reporting that directly improve authorization rates and routing performance.
This is not a dashboard-building role. You will define how the business measures performance, identifies problems, and makes decisions.
We are a high-velocity team. You are expected to leverage AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, and problem-solving.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Create a single source of truth for payments performance
Define and standardize metrics across transactions, routing, declines, and retries
Eliminate inconsistencies and ensure the organization operates on aligned KPIs
Build the foundation for all analytics and reporting
Develop scalable, well-structured data models that power internal and external reporting
