Role Description The DGM Safety role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing and strengthening safety practices across plant operations. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures,



and standards in alignment with corporate and regulatory requirements. The individual will conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections, and lead incident and accident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating safety training programs, promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Setting Health and Safety (EHS) norms, and preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and HR teams to drive continuous improvement in occupational health and safety performance.
