Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and support a diverse workforce across Ibex’s manufacturing and corporate functions. This full time,



on-site role is based in Bengaluru South and involves managing recruitment and onboarding processes, including workforce planning, interviewing, and orientation for new team members. The HR Manager will administer HR policies, performance management cycles, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws, company standards, and certification requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary procedures, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS records, and coordinating payroll inputs and benefits administration in partnership with finance. The role also includes designing training and development programs, supporting health, safety, and environmental compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement in HR processes to align with Ibex’s culture of excellence and innovation.
