Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive role based in Balapur, with some flexibility for work from home. The Sales Executive will identify and engage potential clients, explain CivilRaw’s consultancy services, and build relationships with homeowners, builders, and construction firms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, conducting consultations, preparing proposals, and following up to close sales. The role also involves visiting project sites when needed,



collaborating with technical consultants to understand service offerings, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The Sales Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, represent the brand professionally, and contribute feedback to improve services and client experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain consultancy services clearly and persuasively.
Experience in client relationship management and customer service, preferably in construction, real estate, or related sectors.
Basic understanding of home construction processes and terminology; ability to learn and discuss quality control concepts.
Solid communication skills in spoken and written English and local languages, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and handle field visits in and around Balapur.
