Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Sales Trainer who can turn a new joiner into a floor-ready, confident sales voice - and keep our existing team sharp long after their first month.



This role owns the training charter end to end: building the curriculum, running the room, certifying new joiners against real milestones, and auditing live calls to catch and close skill gaps before they show up in conversion numbers.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

New Joiner Training: Design and deliver induction training - covering travel product knowledge, sales pitch, and CRM/dialer tools - built around structured modules, quizzes, and mock calls that build genuine familiarity with the travel sales space.
Milestone Tracking: Track current joiners against defined milestones through their initial training phase and flag deviations early.
Curriculum Ownership: Build and maintain the training playbook - product knowledge
