This is a full time, on-site Tender & Estimation – Electrical role based in Chennai. The role involves preparing detailed electrical tenders, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
The position requires coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure accurate pricing.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in in electrical design and application of electrical engineering principles in tender and estimation work, relevant to building and infrastructure projects.
Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and power generation systems, including load calculations and distribution design.
Experience working with electrical equipment specifications, standards, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Prior experience in tendering, estimation, or quantity surveying for electrical works is highly beneficial.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, BIM models, and project specifications with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
