Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This role involves designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices for scalable and high-performance applications.

- Implement and optimize Kafka-based event-driven architecture for real-time data processing.

- Apply design patterns and architectural best practices to build robust systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

- Mentor and guide junior developers,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Contribute to technical strategy and innovation initiatives within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Robust expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Proficient in Apache Kafka for messaging and streaming solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of design patterns, system design, and distributed systems.

- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and deployments.

- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) for scalable solutions.

- Knowledge of security practices (OAuth2/JWT) in API development.
