Ecomvurse is looking for a Senior Executive â Logistics to manage and streamline end-to-end logistics operations for our ecommerce business. The role focuses on inventory control, Amazon marketplace operations, order handling & packing, and minimizing returns and damages, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations, including handling and packing of orders as per quality and dispatch standards
- Ensure accurate order processing, packing, labeling, and dispatch coordination
- Handle inventory management across warehouses and Amazon fulfillment centers
- Monitor and control returns, damages, and RTOs, ensuring timely reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, courier partners, and internal teams for smooth order flow
- Oversee Amazon listings from a logistics and inventory perspective (stock updates, availability, issue resolution)
- Maintain accurate MIS, stock reports, and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines, packing guidelines, and compliance standards
Requirements
