Role Summary

Analyst - Quality Control Microbiology

Key Responsibilities

- Water sampling and analysis (purified water, water for injection and pure steam)

- To perform MLT, Bioburden, BET and sterility analysis.

- Media preparation, qualification of the reagents and media.

- Container closure integrity test.

- Perform Disinfectant efficacy test.

- Adhere to the schedule and carry out environment monitoring.

- Preparation of environment monitoring trends and summary report.

- Perform, Nitrogen/ compressed gas monitoring as per the requirement.

- Perform periodic identification of workplace isolates.

- Participate in media fill, observation, result recording.

- To report any discrepancy/ incidents/deviations and coordinate during investigation.

- To ensure and maintain stock of required media, reagents, and other articles for environmental monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification: MSc (Microbiology)
Experience: 6 to 8 years
