? Positions: Executive / Senior Executive – Channel Sales

? Experience:
— Senior Executive: Channel sales experience is mandatory (architectural glass, façade, aluminium, uPVC, or building materials industry preferred)
— Executive: Freshers welcome, with good working knowledge of channel sales and strong eagerness to learn
? Education: Bachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/Commerce/Technical); MBA preferred
? Base Location: Gurugram (Delhi NCR), with extensive field travel across North India

✅ What You'll Do




- Establish and build a channel presence from scratch across North India, laying the foundation for long-term dealer/distributor relationships
- Drive sell-in and sell-out growth through the channel
- Support project and specification sales with architects, consultants & contractors
- Promote our technical glass portfolio — Toughened, Laminated, DGU, Acoustic & Safety Glass
- Own territory planning, sales forecasting & CRM reporting

? What We're Looking For
- Comfort with high-volume field sales — 10–12 visits per day
- Strong communication skills with a hands-on, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and deliver results without constant supervision
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
