Role Description The Sales Manager – Reactive is a full time, on-site role based at The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, responding to leads,



and converting prospects into confirmed bookings for rooms, events, and group stays. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating rates and contracts within approved guidelines, coordinating with operations, revenue, and marketing teams, and maintaining accurate records in the sales systems. The Sales Manager – Reactive will build and maintain relationships with corporate, leisure, and event clients, conduct site inspections, and support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. The role also involves regular reporting, market feedback, and adherence to brand standards to ensure a seamless and guest-centric experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality sales or event sales, preferably in upscale resorts or hotels.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract handling.
