About The Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the day-to-day bookkeeping activities for our U.S. client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various financial processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, capable of handling multi-state sales tax filings, and experienced in processing payroll.



As a key point of contact for our clients, the bookkeeper will need to communicate effectively and maintain organized financial records. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing an opportunity to contribute significantly to our clients' financial health and business success.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients. Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop is essential, along with hands-on experience in running payroll through major payroll platforms such as Gusto, ADP, or ATX. Candidates must have prior experience preparing and filing sales tax returns across multiple U.S. states, demonstrating familiarity with U.S. tax regulations.
