About The Role

The Senior Executive, HR Operations at LeadSquared plays a crucial role in managing end-to-end human resources processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to exit. This position demands a detail-oriented and process-driven approach to maintain data integrity,



ensure statutory compliance, and support HR automation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with various internal departments such as Finance, IT, Legal, and external vendors to facilitate smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA or PGDM with specialization in Human Resources is preferred. The role requires a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of managing employee lifecycle processes, HRMS administration, and payroll coordination. Proficiency in HR reporting tools such as Power BI and advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions) is essential.
