About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst specializing in healthcare data to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst-Healthcare, you will play a critical role in analyzing large-scale healthcare datasets, including claims, eligibility, provider, utilization, and quality data. Your expertise will support the development of scalable and efficient cloud infrastructure,



automation of system health monitoring, and enhancement of data integration processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, operations, and clinical stakeholders, to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive process documentation, data flow diagrams, and supporting analytics initiatives aligned with healthcare programs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Healthcare Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with US healthcare analytics, including benefits, claims, and eligibility data, is required. Proficiency in SQL is essential for querying and analyzing healthcare datasets effectively
