About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with deep expertise in organizational change management to join our dynamic team. This role involves partnering with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate will act as the change lead on engagements, assessing change impact, shaping change strategies, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of new ways of working across the client’s people, processes, and platforms.



This position is client-facing, requiring a consultative approach that blends business analysis with change management practices. The individual will typically be embedded within a program leadership team and expected to influence change strategies from inception through to sustainment, ensuring successful adoption and realization of benefits.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 4-5 years leading change management initiatives on medium to large-scale transformation projects. Demonstrable client-facing consulting experience is essential, including the ability to shape approaches, facilitate workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and operate effectively under ambiguity. Deep working knowledge of recognized change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, or LaMarsh Managed Change is required. Proven exper
