About The Role

We are seeking motivated and confident Cold Calling Agents to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and pre-qualifying leads for life insurance and final expense quotes.



This position is not sales-based; licensed insurance advisors handle all consultations and transactions. Your primary focus will be on building rapport, handling objections professionally, and gathering accurate customer information to facilitate the referral process. This role offers a quick-paced workplace where your communication skills directly influence your performance and earnings. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone, possess excellent active listening skills, and enjoy connecting with new people daily.

Qualifications
