Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for providing responsive, high-quality support to clients and users across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Day-to-day tasks include handling inquiries, troubleshooting common issues, guiding users through products or services, and documenting interactions in internal systems. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, escalating complex concerns when needed,
