About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of solution design and delivery across our core CRM platform, including the Data and AI layers. This role is a senior individual contributor position with team leadership responsibilities, including architecture ownership, mentoring engineers, and acting as the primary technical interface with clients.



The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and industry best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Salesforce professional to lead complex projects, influence technical strategies, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Proven expertise in Data Cloud architecture, including DMO design, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
Working knowledge of Agentforce, including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and Trust Layer.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Salesforce certifications including Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Architect, and Agentforce Specialis
