Role Description The Production Lead – Battery & ESS/BESS is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities for battery and energy storage system lines. The role involves planning and coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and ensuring output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The Production Lead will supervise and guide production staff, monitor workflow on the shop floor, and address operational issues to minimize downtime.



This position includes collaborating with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support new product introductions and process improvements, as well as maintaining documentation and reporting for production performance and compliance.

Candidates should possess solid production planning and production management skills to organize schedules, allocate resources, and meet delivery targets.
