About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated *Management Representative* to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in *Coimbatore South*.





The Management Representative will be responsible for coordinating key *quality, operational, and management-system activities*, ensuring effective implementation of company standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and monitor Quality Management System activities.
* Support compliance with *IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001* requirements.
* Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
* Prepare and maintain management-system documentation, records and reports.
* Monitor process performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective implementation of procedures.
* Support Management Review Meetings and follow-up actions.
* Support employee awareness and training activities.
* Track corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
* Prepare periodic reports and communicate
