About Redvisa
Redvisa is a Toronto-based, licensed Canadian immigration consulting firm (RCIC-led) serving clients on study permits, work permits, Express Entry, provincial nominee programs, and family-based applications. Our leads come warm — they already follow our content and trust our advice. Your job is to convert that trust into signed clients, honestly.

About the role
Twelve months from now, you'll run our entire lead-to-client pipeline: every inbound lead responded to within minutes, a disciplined follow-up system in the CRM, a full consultation calendar, and a closing rate you can defend with numbers. You'll be the first voice most clients ever hear from Redvisa.

What you'll do
Respond to every inbound lead (Instagram, WhatsApp, website, email) fast — speed is the job
Qualify leads and follow up persistently until you get a yes or a explicit no




Book consultations into the founder's and consultants' calendars
Follow up after every consultation, handle objections, and close
Keep the CRM complete and honest — every lead, every touchpoint, every outcome logged
Report weekly on pipeline: leads in, consults booked, clients signed, revenue closed

What we're looking for
Required:
Immigration industry background — you've worked in sales, counselling, or case management at an immigration firm or consultancy, and can speak credibly about PR, work permits, and study permits
2+ years in sales or client-facing roles with a track record you can show
Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi
Willingness to work Canada-friendly hours (roughly evening shift IST)
Discipline: you follow up without being reminded and you document everything
Preferred:
Punjabi language skills
Experience selling high-ticket services (₹1L+ / $1,000+ engagements)
