We’re assembling the Founding Investment Committee for The Founder’s Quest.
Most founder ecosystems are built around who you know.
We’re building one around what you do.
The Founder’s Quest (TFQ) is a tier-based founder ecosystem where access is earned through structured interviews, demonstrated hustle, and performance inside the community — not pedigree or warm introductions.
For our first cohort, we’re building a small Investment Committee of experienced:
→ VC investors
→ Startup founders
→ Angel investors
→ Senior operators
→ Incubator / accelerator leaders
What will the IC do?
The TFQ team will conduct the initial screening.
The IC will provide an independent layer of judgment by:
→ Reviewing shortlisted founders
→ Challenging founder memos and assumptions
→ Participating in selection discussions
→ Joining pitch & diligence sessions
→ Voting on founders progressing toward the funding stage
→ Helping us shape the selection framework for future cohorts
This is not an employment position and not a day-to-day operating role.
It is a founding, cohort-based advisory position for people who genuinely want to help build a better way of discovering exceptional founders.
There is no salary or guaranteed monetary compensation for the role.
What you do get is something different:
A seat at the table while we’re building the table.
You’ll help decide what “earned, not given” actually means — and help give exceptional founders a shot before they become obvious to everyone else.
If you’ve built, backed, or worked closely with early-stage companies and believe hustle should matter more than pedigree, I’d love to hear from you.
