The Division In -charge will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of a designated division within the utility domain (electricity, water, gas, etc.). This role ensures the efficient and compliant delivery of utility services, manages a team of field and office personnel, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives operational excellence aligned with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations and service delivery in the assigned division.
- Ensure uninterrupted and effective utility services to customers.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g., uptime, response time, service quality).
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, outages, and emergency response plans.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and guide field staff, technicians, and support teams.
- Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure training and compliance.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
