Role:
1. Responsible for handling accounting operations for both India and U.S. entities.
2. Manage day -to -day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
3. Support and coordinate auditing activities, including preparation of required documentation.
4. Follow a strong SOP -driven approach and draft/update SOPs when needed.
5. Manage statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, and related filings.
6. Process and manage payroll accurately and on time.
7. Handle banking activities and coordinate all bank -related affairs.
8. Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions efficiently.
9. Work closely with ERP/accounting systems, including Zoho Books and payroll platforms.
10. Stay updated with new accounting policies, regulations, and legal requirements, and apply them effectively in practice.
11. Draft professional emails and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
12. Work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
Requirements
1. Strong experience in accounting for both Indian and U.S. companies.
2. Solid bookkeeping and auditing experience.
3.
Good understanding of compliance management, especially GST and TDS.
4. Experience in payroll processing and administration.
5. Ability to manage banking transactions and related coordination.
6. Strong ERP skills, with hands -on experience in Zoho Books and Zoho Payroll.
7. Prior exposure to U.S. accounting and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
8. Robust hands -on experience in both AP and AR.
9. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
10. Ability to understand, research, and adapt to new policies, laws, and regulatory changes.
11. Strong written and reading skills in English.
12. Proficient spoken English and effective verbal communication skills.
13. Excellent email drafting skills.
14. Self -driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
