understanding of statutory
compliance (PF, ESI,
PT, Taxation – country specific)

- Ability to
analyze payroll issues and provide effective
troubleshooting and resolution

Good
to Have Skills :

Experience
in SAP HCM Time
Management and its
integration with Payroll

- Knowledge of Payroll control record and payroll simulation activities

- Exposure to SAP HCM Support or
Implementation projects

- Experience
with year -end
activities and
statutory reporting

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM or
SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Roles
and Responsibilities :

Configure,
maintain, and support SAP
HCM Payroll processes
as per business requirements

- Execute
payroll runs and ensure accurate
and timely salary processing

- Handle
payroll -related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide
resolutions

- Ensure
compliance with statutory
and legal requirements

- Coordinate
with HR, Finance, and IT teams for payroll integrations and
audits
