Requirements

- 3-4 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Salesforce technologies (LWC, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, etc.).

- Implement and maintain Lightning Web Components for enhanced user interfaces.

- Develop and optimize Apex classes, batch jobs, and triggers in line with best practices.

- Perform integration with third-party applications and APIs as needed.

- Work with Salesforce administrators and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform.

- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment of applications using CI/CD practices.





- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Salesforce development best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable jobs) and SOQL/SOSL.

- Proven experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.

- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration approaches.

- Experience with version control (Git) and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or ANT).

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II is a plus.

- Experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes for Salesforce.
